Krisann Wellington
Krisann Wellington is not your average Jamaican-American gyal. Hailing from NY, New York, from a fresh-off-the-boat Jamaican household, she was flown straight to the suburbs of metropolitan Florida. Spending most of her life surrounded by an abundance of artistic cultures and experiences. In 2015 Krisann completed her Studio Art BFA and a writing minor at Georgia Southern University, with a focus on digital illustration.
Her artistic goal is to showcase her art to others and to put smiles on people’s faces with her heartwarming and
whimsical illustrations. Illustrating worlds that invites others to wander through them.
If she’s not at her 9-to-5 job or completing commissions, Krisann can be found at various Georgia artist markets, conventions, or a good Korean BBQ restaurant.
